CLASSICAL V-BELT

The V-belts of sections Y, Z, A, B, C, D, E are called classical V-belts ,and are produced according to standard DIN2215 /ISO4184 /GOST1284 for multitude application possibilites. 

 

In appearance, Our V-belts have the bilaterally symmetrical trapezoidal section, and be those which are free from distortions, flaws and other injurious defects in use.

STRUCTURE

 

Outside fabric: Polyester cotton canvas 

The cloth used could be that of cotton, synthetic fibre or the like which conforms to the purposes of application

 

Tensile memeber: Polyester cord

The core wires used could be that of synthetic fibre or the like which conforms to the purposes of application.

 

Top rubber: NR, SBR ; Buffer Rubber: NR, SBR ; Bottom Rubber: NR, SBR 

The rubber used could be that of so compounded as to conform to the purposes of application.

 

The construction of the V-belts shall be of a construction which is covered with cloth applied with rubber on periphery of a trapezoidal section including core wires or of a laminated construction of cloth of which upper and lower surfaces of trapezoidal section including rubber and core wires have been coated with rubber.

DESIGNATION AND MARKING

lDesignation

The physical dimensions of classical or narrow V-belts shall be designated by

- the section

- the appropriate datum length

 

EXAMPLES

A belt of section A and datum length 1 550 mm is designated as follows:

A 1550

 

A belt of section SPA and datum length 1 250 mm is designated as follows:

SPA 1250

 

lMarking

All classical or narrow V-belts manufactured by us in accordance with this International Standard will be

marked legibly and durably on the outer non-working face with the appropriate designation.
